- All rates include 1 RV and 1 Vehicle per site. Additional Vehicles or Boats are $5.00 additional per day.per vehicle (includes golf carts, rental carts, buggies, motorcycles & trailer/hauler used to haul your toys).
- 50 Amp to 30 Amp adapter required for 30 Amp service.

- Rates are based on 1 to 2 persons per site. There will be an additional $5.00 charge per night for each additional person 3 yrs of age and older.
- Any vehicle left on site with RV, trailer, golf cart, etc. is a $60.00 Monthly Storage Fee.
- Check out is at 12:00 pm
- Fee for each or part of an hour is $5.00 till 3 pm.
- At 3:00 pm you will be charged for an additional night/day. (This must be prepaid.)
- RESERVATION CANCELLATION PROCESSING FEES: $50.00 for monthly ---- $30.00 for holidays ----$20.00 for weekly & daily....*Fee will be deducted if refund is due!
- Reservation deposits may be applied to future bookings.
- Absolutely No arrivals 10pm to 8am
